@ 70-75% OF 1 RM

MUST LIFT FROM A DEAD STOP EACH REP
SCALE THE WEIGHT AS NEEDE TO MAINTAIN FORM FOR ALL 20 REPS

RX+= 75%

RX= 70%

SCALED= LOWER %
