1. To be eligible for entry the new member must be 16 years or over.

2. Offer only applies to new members who are registered during the promotion period of 17/07/23 to 30/09/23 

3. No back dating of new members will be allowed.

4. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

5. This offer does not apply to immediate family members as family members can avail of our ‘Family Discount’.

*Immediate Family can be defined as: Spouse, Domestic Partner, Children, Brother, or Sister.

6. The extra monthly membership is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

7. In order to benefit from the referral scheme, the new member must be referred by an existing member of The Fitness Academy.

*An existing member is defined as “a current full paying member of The Fitness Academy on any monthly package”.

8. The existing member will benefit from the 1-month free membership at the end of the new members initial consecutive 3 months. For example, once the new member has completed a consecutive 3 months of membership at The Fitness Academy, a 1-month free membership will be added to the existing members membership. The existing member is the only participant who will benefit from the one free month of membership.

*Consecutive 3 Months Membership is defined as “No cancelling of membership during this 3-month period – holiday or injury breaks are allowed; however, the new member must return to complete the 3-month period for the 1-month free membership to be applied”.

9. An existing member can refer an unlimited number of new members during the offer, but every new member can only activate a 1-month free membership once they have been a member for a consecutive 3-month period.

10. Existing members who are on a rolling contract (pay monthly) cannot benefit from their 1-month free membership consecutively. Each free month earned must alternate with a paid month’s membership. For example, if you refer 3 friends, you must finish your initial paid month’s membership then you will benefit from 1-month free membership, then pay for another month’s membership before benefiting from the second 1-month free membership, and so on.

11. Every new member can only be referred by one existing member and The Fitness Academy will apply the 1-month free membership to the existing member, whose name is given at registration.

12. Every new member can only avail of our Referral Scheme once.

13. The Fitness Academy have the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not follow the rules and regulations of the gym.

14. By using the Referral Scheme, you are acknowledging and accepting these terms and conditions in their entirety. By providing us with information you are consenting to us contacting you with further information and offers from The Fitness Academy. We will not pass, sell or trade your details with third parties, and you may unsubscribe from any email or SMS communication we may send you.
