Our group training is suitable for all fitness levels!
Our beginners strength and conditioning (S&C) class is designed to cater for the beginner who is new to fitness, or indeed someone who is a bit out of practice and is looking to ease back into the world of fitness. Here we will concentrate on building a strong foundation with lots of body weight exercises, kettlebells, rings, wall balls, step ups, squats, push ups and core/midline exercises along with building a strong base of mobility and flexibility.
So, if you’re planning to get back into it or just about to start your fitness journey then this is for you. Now is the perfect time to sign up!
Our intermediate/advanced S&C is for someone who has been training for a while now and has a good handle on all the basic movements. Once we have established that the individual can move well (has good mobility) we’ll step things up a bit and start to work with barbells as well as some more advanced movements.
If your primary goal is to get stronger, drop body fat, be faster, fitter or perform your sport at a higher level than this is the class for you. In this one-hour session, there is a heavy emphasis on getting you to not only become stronger and more powerful but also to improve your overall conditioning.
